When I started getting my art on I said that part of my art would be cooking.
Today I made yogurt. In fact I made it yesterday and today.
A friend of mine gave me two and a half gallons of milk.
As luck would have it everyone got the flu and
no one is interested in drinking any of the milk.
So I decided to turn it all into yogurt and
then freeze it in 2 cup batches for baking.
It turned out really well. I made it in the Nisson Thermos pot that I showed you here.
Yogurt, I love it. You are always thinking, turning lemons into lemonade.
