Day 8 of Getting Your Art On

I put the waist band on my skirt that I made from a LL Bean Dress that was too small for me.
I am happy with it. I think that it is hard to piece together a band from the top and get it to stay flat and nice. But I don't think it matters that much since this is practice and a play skirt.
But I am thinking of buying material for the waist bands for my other skirts that I cut off of dresses, and I still have to make waistbands for.

    Great idea. Recycling cloths is so cost effective and you are creative, so it works well.
