

I decided to make it simple.
I got:
1 cup of millet,
1/2 cup of steel cut oats
2 T of flax seeds
1 t of salt
put it in 6 cups of boiling water.
I let this boil till it thickened (about 10 minutes) and put it inside a Thermos. I let it sit in there for about an hour. Then I put it in the glass dish that has a lid. I cut a square out for my breakfast and served it with milk and maple syrup. We prefer it now to the dry bag cereal.
