The Cheshire Cat is a barrette that I made in 2007. It was to represent a judge that tried a landlord dispute that my husband and I brought against our Landlord. The landlord's built and illegal apt in the back of our house. The split off the gas and electric illegally to them and then tried to charge us for the utilities. They also had no permits and there was no fire wall between dwelling which made it a health hazard.
